Bad Boy

Ty was a BAD boy last night! It made me so sad to get after him. He knows better and he did it anyway. Guess I'll have to re-wrap one of the gifts.

Deck the Halls

GRAND... that is how things are going over here! Yesterday we had our doctor's appointment. We got in right away as usual and was out in no time. The baby's heartbeat was 140 and I measured at 35 cm. Things are progressing nicely and soon  our little one will be here. Hopefully not too soon though. I really want the baby in January rather than December because I don't want the baby to have a birthday coupled with all the holiday chaos. Plus I have a lot to do yet with the holidays. But as soon as January is here it is on.

My work schedule has been crazy... switching days, picking up days and dementia classes. I can't even keep track of what I am doing half of the time. It is so insane! But in all the craziness I have managed to get some Christmas projects completed and wrapped! I'm still waiting on several gifts that I ordered and I have a couple more gifts I have to finish putting together.

But that is okay. I am enjoying this wonderful time of the year..... Christmas is my favorite holiday!!!!!

On another note I have finished one of my finals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That leaves one more left! So after I get done volunteering today I will be focusing on studying for my last final... that I will take after work tomorrow. Hopefully I cram all the information I need to know in my little brain and retain it by tomorrow night.

Life is good! Friday I finished up my projects...well I still need to review one and submit it. But I think it's good and I can move on in life to more exciting things. ....Like finishing the baby room, wrapping up my Christmas shopping and organizing the house! I'm so excited to have this semester nearly done with the exception of tests and only one more semester left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, it is going to be wonderful!

This past Wednesday marked 35 weeks! Yay! We took some pictures that night but they didn't seem to turn out real well. So we took some more this morning!

Since everyone at work has been trying to figure out what I will have and when I will go I decided to have a little contest. So leave a comment of what you think... boy/girl, day I'll have the baby and the time. The time will be used as a tie breaker if two people pick the same day and gender.

Finalizing

Classes are almost done! That is so exciting! But with that comes final projects and exams. Today I will be trying to finalize a couple questions on my last project for my Clinical class as well as run up to Burlington to work. The holiday meal for the Klein Center is tonight and I am suppose to be helping with it for my other course, Food Management. I have to help put it together and then do a powerpoint presentation which is due the 15th. That stresses me out because I only have one day off to work on it and it's not a full day off because I have a class at the Klein Center on dementia. I'll be glad when all the classes for work are over with...until next year. Anyways let's pray I can get it done.

Once that project is done all my projects will be DONE!... and on to the exams which are due by the 20th and I will only have one day off to study. So I'm just hoping that I can do some what decent. Have I ever told you how much I can not wait for my classes to all be done! One more semester that's what I keep telling myself.

Anyways, in between all this I'm trying to get things ready for the baby and Christmas! I have a couple of projects for Christmas to finish. Thank goodness for Matt because he helps me with all my crazy ideas and projects! Which reminds me yesterday I came home from work and he had started painted the bathroom. I had no idea he had even bought the paint that we decided on. Loved that!

Okay enough rambling for now... I need to get back to this project so I can move on to the next. Have a great day and try to stay warm!

34 Weeks

Christmas is fast approaching. More gifts have been arriving and making their way under the tree! I just can't wait for everyone to open their gifts

Also fast approaching is our due date! I'm 34 weeks as of Wednesday. So less than six weeks...woohoo! We have been super busy getting things together for both the little one's arrival and for Christmas. This year everything will be a bit tricky because I work Christmas day. Matt and I have decided that after I get off work we can open gifts. Then he took off so we can have the next day to hang out together. I am so looking forward to that!... Hot chocolate, movies and lounging around with no worries about homework!! I'm hoping that I can get most of my homework done asap so that several of us can have a fun day filled Christmas day ...cookie making, food and presents to open. Yesterday, I had a different doctor. We really liked him because he provided additional information rather than just coming examining me and leaving. The baby's heart rate was 130. My stomach is measuring at 33 cm. He said that was good. Typically they want you to be a cm for each week and I'm pretty close.

Also on our schedules lately has been exercising. Each night we have been trying to go downstairs for a workout. Matt does better than I do because sometimes I have homework. Last night we didn't get downstairs until late and we ended up not going to bed until after 12:30.
