Yay! This is my weekend off! I'm so excited! It will be a good one because I get to hang out with Matt... well I do have some reading assignments to catch up on. But majority of the time I will get to hang out with him.
The other day while we were swimming I was telling the boys how to float. It reminded me of the video below.

Swimming and Swimming
Yesterday, I went swimming with Joanne and the kids. It completely wore me out. I slept the rest of the afternoon.

10 weeks and Busy
Classes have started back up. I took my first quiz on Monday and turned in my first assignment last night. So far so good... I think. Yesterday, I ran all over looking for a swimsuit so I could go swimming with Joanne today. I hate shopping for swimsuits! My chest never fits in anything that fits my waist and vice verse. Anyways, I found something that will work but it is not what I was really looking for. Ugh. Oh well.
Yesterday, we hit exactly 10 weeks. I've been able to get more food down but still feel like I need to throw up frequently throughout the day. It is super fun. Here is a quick picture at 10 weeks. Ignore my hair, I had just got out of the bath tub plus I hate my hair right now... I swear nobody can cut my hair right anymore. Where is Lauren? I need her to cut my hair. It is supposed to be stacked in the back. The cut I want is called a graduated bob (cut short in the front get shorter as goes back and then the back should be short enough to be spiked or lay stacked) and I never seem to get that look. Oh well.

Update
Today was SUPER fun because Matt got to stay home from work with me because we had our first doctors appointment. Matt and I got up bright and early to be in Burlington for the
appointment. The appointment went rather fast, the doctor confirmed yep I was pregnant. She said she thought I was ten weeks some odd days which would give us a
due date of January 5th based on my last cycle. However, after feeling
she felt that it was more like 8-9 weeks because of the size. The
ultrasound program computed 9 weeks exactly giving us a due date of
January 15th. Afterwards we got a bite to eat. It was a lot of fun to get
to do something with Matt even if it was just going to an appointment
and eating. I just LOVE when we get to hang out.
Here is a picture of the little one from our first ultrasound.
Once we got done with that we had appointments to get both our haircuts and then we ran a few errands. So although we were super busy we have finally get to sit down for a little bit and will mostly likely got to enjoy the rest of the night together watching movies.

A Bird and His Mama
Ty found a baby bird the other morning when Matt took him out. He was a good boy and left the little guy alone. Then later on when I went to run some errands I saw the cute little guy walking with his mama. Of course I had to get a picture. However, when I came back with the camera the mother had left him/her for a little while. She wasn't to far but they weren't walking together anymore. I ended up getting these pictures.
I was worried the neighbors cat would get the baby. So I've been trying to keep an eye out for him. I thought I had lost him. But today I found him again! He was across the road. I'm so excited he is still okay.
Look closely!
Here he is!
A close up.
And mama!

1000 Words
I just LOVE LOVE this picture! To me it is one of the most important things to remember when interacting with all creatures whether it is a human or animal. And if everyone would think about this whenever they come in contact with any of God's makes the world would be a better place.
